Hugh Anthony Foret, 46, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away surrounded by his family Thursday, May 11, 2017.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, May 15, 2017 at St. Hilary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Cherri Slade Foret; son Bryce Foret; parents, John and Letsy Foret; sister, Candace Foret Landry and 2 nieces.
Hugh was such a fighter. His family and friends were so very important to him. His strength and courage were obvious through his entire battle and he was such an inspiration to others. He will be greatly missed.
