Son of the late Phillip J. Pollet, Sr. and the late Julia M. Ourso. Father of Susan Pollet Edwards, Debra Pollet Latour and the late Patricia Pollet Hebert. Brother of the late Russell J. Pollet, Lloyd J. Pollet and Phillip J. Pollet, Jr. Pa Huey is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
His body was donated to the LSU School of Science.
