Hubert “Smiley” Arcement, 91, a native of Napoleonville and resident of Raceland, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021.
Hubert is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary L. Arcement; son, Eric J. Arcement (Sherri); daughter, Robin A. Kline (Robert); 2 grandchildren, Raven Arcement and Samantha Willyard; 3 great-grandchildren, Patrick and Destry Goyne and Kyle Willyard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Percy and Olphide Arcement and sister, Audrey Landry.
