Holly M. Jones

Holly Martin Jones was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world on July 22, 2021 at age 43 in the comfort of her home surrounded by loved ones.

She was born to Martha and Milton Martin on May 4, 1978. Holly was a lifelong resident of St. Charles Parish and loved the community she lived in. Holly worked for several years at Walmart beginning as an overnight stocker and working her way up to a Department Manager.

Holly loved spending quality time with her family, creating arts and crafts, and watching Forensic Files. She provided the best life to her children and always sought to brighten the days of those around her. Holly’s greatest qualities were that she was selfless, loving, and she had a personality that could brighten an entire room.

Holly is survived by the love of her life, Jimmy Jones; children, Blade (Katie) Rager, Macy Ford, Ally Rager, and Harley Ford; brothers, Travis Martin (Stacy) and Michael Matherne; mother, Martha Martin; her grandchildren, Violet Doyle, Autumn Ford, and Audrey Rawls; her closest cousins, Tonya (Gary) Tastet and Clay (Tracy) Usea, along with several others.

Viewing is scheduled on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, between the hours of 9 A.M. and 11 A.M. with funeral service following beginning at 11 A.M. at the Mennonite Church located at 17447 Old Spanish Trail in Des Allemands, LA. Burial will follow in Des Allemands Mennonite Cemetery.
