Hilton Joseph Bouffanie

Hilton Joseph Bouffanie, 84, a native of Galliano and resident of Golden Meadow passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019. A visitation will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 9:00 am until service time. A funeral mass will begin at 11:00 am with procession following to graveside services at Cheramie Cemetery.
Mr. Hilton is survived by his companion of 47 years, Doreen Cheramie, children; Brigitte Bouffanie, Ryne Bouffanie, and Hillary Bouffanie, grandchildren; Christopher, Courtney, Ceres, Nikita, Krislyn, Weslynn, Jeffrey, Brady, Blake, and Piper; and 11 great grandchildren.
Mr. Bouffanie was preceded in death by daughter; Jenny Bouillion, parents; Francis and Ceres D. Bouffanie, brothers; Francis Jr., Ivan, Noles, infant brother; Norman, sisters; Ezola Thibodaux, Mable Toups, and Justilia Curole, and infant sisters; Diana and Eva.
He enjoyed watching sports, gambling, and spending time with his grandchildren.
