Herman Williams, Jr., 65, a native and resident of Cut Off, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021.
Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home, in Galliano, on Monday, August 23rd from 5 pm until 8 pm and will continue on Tuesday, August 24th at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church at 9:30 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 am with burial in Cheramie Cemetery to follow.
Herman is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cindy P. Williams; daugher, Lerin Rogers (Justin); grandchildren, Quinn and Adley Rogers; brothers, Johnny, Parish (Darlene), Kirk and Ronnie (Sabrina) Williams; sisters, Marilyn Blanchard (Craig) and Mary Plaisance (Kip) ; his grand dog, Lola and multiple nieces, nephews, godchildren, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Sr. and Mary Ann Williams and godchild, Amber Williams.
Herman was the son and grandson of a fisherman and life long fisherman himself.
He adored his family and befriended all who knew him, even strangers and stray pets he just met.
