Herman Anthony Plaisance, 92, a native and resident of Lockport, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024.
Visitation will be held at Holy Savior Little Church at 201 Church St. Lockport, LA 70374, on Saturday, February 3rd from 10 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12 noon with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Herman is survived by his wife of 66 years, Barbara B. Plaisance; children, Douglas, Samuel (Melissa), Natalie Grabert (John), Maria Simon (Todd), Patricia Rockett and Nancy Holder (Todd); 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah Theodore and Loridia Plaisance; brother, Noah J. Plaisance; sisters, Velma Leach and Mary Ellen Plaisance.
In lieu of flowers, Masses preferred.
