Herman E. Breaux, age 89, died on Friday, February 17, 2017. He was a native of Bayou Black and resident of Houma.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church from 9:00 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the church starting a 12 noon with burial to follow in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery II.
Herman is survived by his wife, Edna Duplantis Breaux; 3 step children, Gary Callahan and wife Cindy, Karen C. Davis and husband Chris and Sandra C. Nelton and husband Keith; 2 step grandchildren, Kayla and Holly Callahan; 2 step great grandchildren, Landon Ledet and Chansen DeHart and brother, Ernest "Bubba" Breaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward E. Breaux and Nettie Louise Giroir Breaux; sisters, Gertrude B. Cunningham and Shirley B. Ledet.
