Herbert P. Billiot, 74, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Monday, September 18, 2017 and from 8:00 am until 10:45 am on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Falgout Funeral Home, Galliano, LA. Religious services will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday at Christian Family Center with burial to follow in Dardar Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Anna Billiot, companion, Ann Chatagnier; sons, Kevin Billiot, Kent Billiot (companion, Tequila Hunter); daughter, Loquetta Legendre (Chris); step daughters, Marion Griffin (Richard), Tammy Mejia; grandchildren, Keagan, Kyla and Kent Billiot Jr.; step grandchildren, Maggie, Melanie, Jamie, Ashley, Travis, Shane, Carley; 11 step great grandchildren; 4 step great-great grandchildren; brother, Felton Billiot; sisters, Frances Bergeron, Rose Cormier, Olivia Adams and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Colbert and Melanie Fitch Billiot; step sons, Marty Gisclair, Richard Mejia Jr.; brothers, Leonard Sr., Antoine, Mansey, Leander Billiot; sisters, Mildred Billiot, Mable Mobley and step grandchildren, Richard Jr., Tommy and T-Ritchie.
