Helen Louise Pierce Vicknair, age 79, died Saturday, January 6, 2018.
Beloved wife of the late Remi Antoine Vicknair; mother of Ann V. Dubois, Penny V. Troxler (Craig), Tammy V. Troxclair (Richard) and Fay V. Donnaud; sister of Frederick Pierce, Sr., Elsie Trant, Daniel Pierce and Herbert Pierce; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklin Pierce, Sr. and Juliette Richard Pierce; brothers, Edward Pierce and Franklin Pierce, Jr.; son, Remi "R.J." Vicknair, Jr.; daughter, Vicki Sue Ann Vicknair; grandsons, Clint Daniel Faucheux and Daniel Remi Faucheux.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. Services at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hahnville, LA on Wednesday, January 10th from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Taft, LA.
