Hazel Bailleaux Orgeron

Hazel Marie Bailleaux Orgeron, age 88, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 4:44 p.m. She was a native and resident of Larose, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with burial following in church cemetery.

Hazel is survived by her son, Robert J. Orgeron and wife, Karen; daughters, Kathy Eschette and husband, Nilton, and Debbie Arceneaux and husband, Carl; son-in-law, Marvin Theriot; sisters, Doris Danos, Lucy Gautreaux, and Priscillia Felarise; grandchildren, Ashley Foret and husband, Ben, Tanner Dufrene and wife, Stacey; and great-grandchildren, Tanner Jr. and Kayla Dufrene.

Hazel was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Joseph P. Orgeron; parents, Blaize and Jean Theriot Bailleaux; son, Danny P. Orgeron; daughter, Darlene Theriot; brothers, Lowery Bailleaux and wife, Ernestine, and Henry Bailleaux; sister, Ella Mae Bailleaux; brothers-in-law, Patrick Danos Jr., Harold Gautreaux, and Douglas Felarise.
