Harry Anthony Schouest, age 84, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023. He was a native and resident of Raceland, LA.
Harry is survived by his daughters, Lori S. Brupbacher and husband, Kevin, and Jill S. Hodge and husband, John; son, Cory J. Schouest and wife, Eva; sisters, Sherry S. Hebert, and Carol S. LeBlanc and husband, Charles; grandchildren, Kacie B. Patterson and husband, Buck, Beth B. Bouvier and husband, Jason, Levi P. Brupbacher and wife, Savannah, and Breanna S. Moore and husband, Justin; and great-grandchildren, Aubrey Jane Patterson, Dakota Rae Patterson, Gracie Jane Moore, and Brantley Joseph Moore.
Harry was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Mary Jane Matherne Schouest; parents, Harry Peter Schouest and Bessie Marie Landry Schouest; and brother-in-law, Albert Hebert.
Harry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
He loved fishing. He was an active member of the Lockport Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He retired from Terminix after 41 years.
