Guy J. Folse, 96, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at St. Hilary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
He is survived by his sons, Craig Folse and Keith Folse; daughter, Andrea Landry; sisters, Sophia Breaux and Genevieve Acosta; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ouida Folse; parents, Pierre and Anita Matherne Folse; brother, Jules Folse and sister, Irene Hohensee.
Guy was a member of the American Legion and VFW.
