Geraldine "Ta-Toot" Cheramie, 65, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off, died on Saturday August 10, 2012.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church on Thursday from 9am until funeral time. A mass will be held at the church 11am with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Shondell Griffin and husband Timothy, Kimberlee Todd and fiancé Ryan Vincent; grandchildren, Ronnie Guidry, Jessy Guidry, Malori Griffin
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eunice and Ezona Cheramie; daughter, Lettie Guidry; brother, Steven Cheramie; grandchild Dax Guidry.
She enjoyed cooking, riding in Mardi Gras parades and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Falgout Funeral Homes in is charge of arrangements.
