Gerald A. Champagne, 81, a native of Hahnville and resident of Luling, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2016.
Visitation will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling on Friday, March 11 from 9 am until 11am. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at the church starting at 11 am with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery.
Gerald is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Champagne; mother, Marie Gendron Champagne; brothers, Billy Champagne, Roland Champagne, Sidney "Pete" Champagne, Charles Champagne; sisters, Joyce M. Gendron, Carol Sanchez and Mildred Besson.
In lieu of flowers, donations to American Cancer Society.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
