George Vinson

George Louis Vinson, 88, a native of Ridgeway, Illinois, and a resident of Houma, passed away on Monday, Dec. 7, 2015.Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Monday and beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with a burial following at the Garden of Memories cemetery. He is survived by his daughter, Karen Voisin and husband Derek; grandchildren, Lauren and Kyle Voisin; and sister, Pearl Vickery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Vinson; parents, Raymond and Elizabeth Vinson; and brothers, Wayne, Paul, Jim, Charles, Burle, John and Earl Vinson.
