Flossie Marguerite Foret Martin

Flossie Marguerite Foret Martin, 96 a native and resident of Raceland, La. passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023 with her family near her side.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church from 9:00am until funeral mass. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am at church with burial at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
Flossie is survived by her sons; Freddie Anthony Martin (Rose Ann), Dean Paul Martin (Jessica), and Jerry John Martin (Deanna), 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and sister; Louella Autin Matherne.
Flossie was preceded in death by her husband; Abraham “T-Brom” Martin, Jr., parents; Sampson and Elida Guidry Foret, brother; Alcide Foret and sister; Martha Bourgeois Grabert.
Flossie was an avid homemaker and a great cook.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church and School.
