Florence Catherine Breaux, 77, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died at 7:40 a.m. Monday, June 16, 2014.
Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, George Duplantis Jr. and companion, Irma; daughter, Donna and husband, Phillip Smith; sisters, Joyce McElroy, Delores Breaux, Anita Bergeron, Doris Pulley and Olivia Anthony; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Sr. and Velma Toups Breaux; daughter, Regina Duplantis; brothers, Elbert, Morris, and Earl Breaux Jr.; and sister, Judy Breaux.
