Fay "Fay Ray" Chouest, 55, a native of Galliano and resident of Larose passed away March 16, 2015. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday March 20, 2015 at our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church with burial in the Church cemetery at a later date.
Mrs. Fay is survived by her companion of 15 years Keith Guilbeau, mother Geraldine Lorraine, children Travis Chouest, Tisha Lefort, and Rigobert Falgout Jr., six grandchildren, and sisters Deborah, Sabrina, Nicole, and Monique.
Mrs. Chouest was preceded in death by her father Ray Chouest.
Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano entrusted with arrangements.
