Evelyn Melancon Theriot, 86, a native of Opelousas, La. and residence of Raceland, La. passed away on July 27, 2023 with her loving family near her side.
A private burial will take place at Holy Savior Catholic Cemetery.
Evelyn is survived by her children; Deborah (Clarence) Borne, Chad (Stacey) Theriot, Carole Boudreaux, 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, sisters; Geraldine Babin, and Cheryl Dominique.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years Roland J. Theriot, daughter; Kimberly Guidry, twins infant daughters; Becky Lynn and Brenda Louise Theriot, parents; Alton “Blue” Melancon, and Pearl Kimball Melancon, brother; Glenn Pastorick, sister; Gertie Mae Pastorick.
A private burial will take place at Holy Savior Catholic Cemetery.
