Evelyn C. Guidroz

Evelyn (Dolly) Guidroz, passed away peacefully at the age of 96 at Château du Notre Dame Nursing Home in New Orleans, Louisiana.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edmond Guidroz, in 1991, and her brother, John (Buddy) Code, Jr. (Jean) in 2009.
She is survived by her sisters, Sr. Mary John, D.C. and Elaine (William).
Loving mother of Edmond Jr. (deceased), Eden, Robert (Judy), Beryl, Marjorie (Larry), Kathleen (Ron, deceased), James (deceased) and Edward (Elizabeth).
Dear grandmother of Evan (deceased), Scott, John, Robert, Michael, Kassey, Jason, Jolee, Jacob, Isaac and Candace.
Dear great-grandmother of Dylan, Ryan, Ashley, Brooke, Nathan, Stanislaus, Jet, Porsche, Racer, Titus, Phoebe, Kincaid, Hatch, Kai and Mesa.
Dear great-great grandmother of Rylee, Violette, Layla and Stetson.
Special thanks to Dr. Mary Baudier, (Sr. M. Madonna M.S.C.) for her kind and attentive care to our mother and thank you to the Château staff for their support to her over several years. Much gratitude to all family and friends for their love, support and prayers during this sad, grieving time.
Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Cut Off, Louisiana on November 30, 2021 at 11am. Family visitation will be held from 8:30-9 am followed by public visitation from 9-11am.
May Evelyn rest in blissful peace while we remember her knowing that "patterns of the past echo in the present and resound through the future!"
