Eva Cheramie, 94 a native of Leeville, La. and resident of Golden Meadow, La. passed away on Tuesday, November 14 ,2023 with her family near her side.
A graveside service will be held on November 16, 2023 at Cheramie Cemetery at 10:00am.
Eva is survived by her daughters, Linda (Larry) Lafont, Stacy (Michael) Cheramie; son, Ronny (Mona) Cheramie; grandchildren, Dana, Misty, Connie, Scott, Dottie, Andre, Renee, and Michael, Jr. numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Andrew L. Cheramie, parents; Oleus and Ezore Callais Cheramie; daughters, Margaret Gaussiran, Christine Cheramie; grandchildren, Terrance “Terry” Lee and Edison “Eddie” Doucet, III; sister, Neva (Tilman)Melancon; brother, Oleus “Bobby” (Gale) Cheramie.
Eva enjoyed going on Casino Trips.
