Etta Lirette Lochbaum

Etta Lirette Lochbaum, 97, a native and resident of Boutte, passed away on Tuesday, July 17,
2018.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, July 20, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Paradis, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Friday with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Luling, LA.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Weigel; son-in-law, William Picard; granddaughters, Sherry, Trina, Michele, Tara, Jennifer and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Louis Kocotis; second husband, Joseph Lochbaum; daughter, Patricia Picard; son-in-law, Jack Weigel; parents, Wilfred and Lydia Champagne Lirette; brother, Clifton Lirette and sisters, Elma Griffin and Marie Schmill.
Etta was a 1942 Charity Hospital School of Nursing graduate. She served in World War II as an Army Lieutenant Nurse.
In lieu of flowers donations to The American Heart Association preferred.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
