Eloice Angelette Cheramie

Eloice Cheramie, 87, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Galliano passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021.

Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano on Wednesday, May 26th from 5:00p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and resume on Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Linda Lafont (Jerry) and Harry Cheramie (Valerie); grandchildren, Aaron Lafont, Noah Bychurch, Emily Lafont, Leah Bychurch and Joni Pitre; brother, Steve Angelette (Carolyn); sisters, Natalie Toups and Laurina Eymard; sister-in-law, Genevieve Angelette; son-in-law, Billy Bychurch; brother-in-law, Elman “Manny” Cheramie (Stefanie).

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison Cheramie, Jr.; parents, Ambert, Sr and Natalie Angelette; daughter, Myra Bychurch; brothers, Ambert Angelette, Jr and Roy Angelette; sister, Yvonne Harvey; brother-in-law, George Toups, Roger Eymard, Sr. and Wendell Harvey; sister-in-law, Rose Angelette.
