Elma Gaspard Terrebonne, 88, a native of Golden Meadow, LA and a resident of Galliano, LA, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2015.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 PM Thursday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Pennington "Penny" Terrebonne and wife Susan; daughter-in-law, Sarah Lee Terrebonne; grandchildren Donavon Terrebonne, Aaron Terrebonne and wife Cheree and their children, Kaylie and Bronson, Jessica Pound and husband Michael and sister, Enola Guidry.
She was preceded in death by her husband Alcess Terrebonne; son, Dennis J. Terrebonne; parents, Augustin and Marie Borne Gaspard; brothers, Dolton, Leander, Euzebe, Patterson, Hilton Gaspard and sisters, Anacia Callais, Dorita Felarise and Augustin Cheramie.
She was a member of American Legion Post 315 of Galliano.
