Ella "Carmen" "Mimi" Clarke, 89, a native of Waynesboro, MS and resident of Raceland, LA for 55 years died peacefully on Friday, April 3, 2015.

She is survived by her loving husband of seventy years, James D. Clarke; daughter, Rebecca "Becky" LeBlanc and husband Craig; son Tony Clarke; grandchildren, Parrish LeBlanc and wife Ashley, Sage LeBlanc and fiancé Logan Hymel, Tony Clarke, Jr., Kristine Bourg and husband Darryl and Kristine's mother, Angele Falgout.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Grey Tyler; mother, Beadie Octavia Barnett Tyler; sister, Evelyn T. Johnson and husband Charlie Hall Johnson.
Carmen was a devoted, caring, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
She was a secretary at Redi-Bilt Homes and owner and operator of the Clothes Closet in Raceland.
