Elaine Domangue LeCompte, 71, a native and resident of Houma died on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, at 2:11 p.m.
Visitation will be 3-10 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel and from 1 p.m. until service time Monday at St. Joseph Church in Chauvin. A Mass will be at 3 p.m. with burial in St. Joseph Mausoleum.
She is survived by her husband, Rene Paul LeCompte Sr.; son, Rene Jr. and wife, April LeCompte; daughters, Angela LeCompte and, significant other, Kevin Simoneaux, and Cora Dronet; brother, Aubrey Joseph Jr. and wife, Bonnie Domangue; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey J. Sr. and Angelina Gautreaux Domangue and brother, Carroll James Domangue.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
