BECNEL Elaine Perret Becnel passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 1:00PM in Vacherie, LA. Beloved wife of the late Michel Joseph Becnel. Mother of John B. Becnel and wife Celia and Sheila B. Guidry and husband Morille Jr. Grandmother of Kirby B. Folse and husband Kyle, Morille Guidry III and wife Lauren, Jeremy Guidry, Jade Becnel and Kate Becnel. Great grandmother of Kolby Folse and Ellie Guidry. Daughter of the late Louis Daveney Perret and Daria Darensbourg Perret. Sister of Marion J. Perret and wife Annette, Margie P. Amedee and husband Clemsey and the late Lionel :. Perret, Sr. and wife Angelle, Roger Perret, Alvin Perret, Sr. and Louis D. Perret. Also survived by sister-in-law of Edna Perret, Juanita Perret and Patricia Perret. A native of Edgard, LA and a resident of Vacherie, LA. Age 84 years. She retired from Union Carbide, was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and Perpetual Adoration. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Vacherie, LA on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 11:00AM. Interment St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Edgard, LA.
