Edward "Nookie" Eschete, Sr.

Edward "Nookie" Eschete, Sr., a native and resident of Houma, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018. Visitation will be held from 5 PM until 9 PM on Friday, April 20 and from 8 AM until service time on Saturday, April 21 at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Bayou Black Cemetery. He is survived by her wife, Earline B. Eschete; son, Edward Eschete, Jr. and wife, Krystal; siblings, Avela Boudreaux, Brunella Guidry, and Justin Eschete; grandchildren, Tyrone Bell, EJ Eschete, Kaylen Eschete, and Jack Eschete; great-grandchild, Emily Bell. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Josie Marie Eschete; parents, Sidney and Josephine Eschete; siblings, Sidney "Coon" Eschete, Ulysses "Monk" Eschete, and Charles "Papa Smurf" Eschete.
