Edward "E.J." Charpentier Jr.

We are sad to announce that Captain “E.J.” Charpentier, Jr., 78, made his final voyage on October 9, 2022.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow, La. from 9:00am until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with burial at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
E.J. is survived by his wife Joyce Anselmi Charpentier, children; Marc (Buffy Lynn) Charpentier, Paul Charpentier, and Laura (Dwayne) Terrebonne, grandchildren; Arielle (Brandon), Davin, Austin, Brooklyn, Parker, Marcus, Annie and Evan, great-grandchild; Presley “Charlie”, brother; Rogers Charpentier, and sister; Debra Pitre.
E.J. was preceded in death by his parents; Edward, Sr. and Noelie Allemand Charpentier, in-laws; Irvin and Nolia Vizier Anselmi, and brother; Raleigh Charpentier, Sr.
E.J. was a life long boat captain who loved his family.
