Edna Vedros Adams, 89, a native and resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 10:30 AM in Raceland, LA.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM Monday, October 21, 2013 at Holy Savior Catholic Church, Lockport, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Monday at Holy Savior Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, JoAnn Marcombe and husband Richard; sons Lawrence "L.J." Adams and wife Sharon, Bobby Adams and wife Irene and Tony Adams and wife Cheryl; sister, Ernestine Barrilleaux; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clifton Adams; parents, Dave and Edna Guidry Vedros; brothers, Bobby, Percy, Eno, Vince, Nilton, Tony, Freddie, Richard Vedros, Molly Savoie, Winnie Folse, Evelina Thibodaux, Lillian Griffin, Mildred Vedros and 1 great grandchild.
