Dylon Cooper

Dylon Joseph Cooper was killed in a vehicular accident on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, in Paradis. He was 19 years old and loved by many. Born in New Orleans on May 13, 1996, he made his home in Paradis.
Dylon was a 2015 Hahnville High School graduate who enjoyed bodybuilding, sports, running, music and was always making everyone laugh. He was a high-spirited, always center of attention young man. He was the son of Joseph Paul Cooper of Paradis and Delilah S. Berget of LaPlace. Step son of Kadrina Tappan of Paradis. He is also survived by his grandmother, Tina Cooper Hymel of Hahnville and Diana Hager of LaPlace as well as grandfather, Irby Paul Cooper of Hahnville and step-grandfather, Larry Hymel of Hahnville; step grandmother, Tasha Tappan of Paradis; sister, Callie May; brother, Andre Cooper; two step brothers, Robart Tappan, Jody Tappan; two uncles, Louis and Raymond Cooper of Hahnville and aunt Rebecca Hager; step-uncle, Colt Tappan, and aunt Sarah Hager.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00AM on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Falgout Funeral Home, 3838 Highway 1, Raceland. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM with burial to follow at Restlawn Cemetery, 3450 US Highway 90 in Avondale.
