Dwight M. Blair, 64, a native of Loxley, Ala. and resident of Larose, died at 11:48 a.m. Monday, April 9, 2012.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Community Bible Church in Cut Off. Religious services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Larose.
He is survived by his wife, Willa Dene C. Blair; five sons, Greg, Derek, Farrel, Neal, and Churck Comeaux; five daughters, Rachelle Little, Tammy Brady, Jean Ulrich, Lisa Ahrens and Misty Comeaux; brother, Mitchell Blair; sister, Marsha Stucky; and 28 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Winfred and Zelma B. Blair; brother, Ovid Blair; and two sisters, Sonia Bond and Edid Bell McMillian.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
