Dudley Paul Dugas, 87, a native and resident of Houma, died at 8:55 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2013.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma and from 10 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
He is survived by his wife, Viola Marcel Dugas; sons, Ronald and wife, Liz, and Danny Dugas; daughter, Christine and husband, Randy Murphy; brother, Johnny Dugas; sisters, Casbelle Brunet and Mary Lee Waguespack; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Camille and Ozia Babin Dugas; daughter, Emmaline Rodrigue; brothers, Wilfred, Addie, Morris, Henry and Aaron Dugas; and sister, Gertrude Blanchard.
Falgout Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
