Dorothy "Sis" Lee Rousse

Dorothy "Sis" Verret Lee Rousse, 75, a native of Houma and resident of both Lafourche and Terrebonne Parish passed away on August 24, 2017. A visitation will be held at Christian Family Center on August 26, 2017 from 9 am until service time. Funeral Services will begin at 11 am with burial following in Cheramie Cemetery.

Mrs Dorothy is survived by her children; Nancy M. Lee, Janis Lee, and Edison Lee Jr., grandchildren Syndia and Mayasin Lee, step children; Charles and Harris Rousse, Elaine Louviere, Joelena Duet, and Janelle Rodrigue, brothers Albert and Paul Verret, sisters Doris Landry, Doretha Broussard, Edna Billiot, and Antoinette Billiot.

Mrs.Rousse was preceded in death by her husbands Edison Lee Sr and Marandon Rousse Sr., parents Rudolph John and Josephine Verret, brothers Antoine and Clarence Verret, sisters Rosemary Verret, baby Verret and baby Lees,, stepchildren; Marandon Rousse Jr., Rena Trahan, and Azema Landry.
