Doris Richoux Smith

Doris Richoux Smith, 96, a native and resident of Cut Off, LA, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022.
Visitation will be from 9:45 am until 11:00 am on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Debra Rebstock (Gary) and Toni Barrios (Randy); grandchildren, Jack Rebstock (Sharell), Sammy Restock (Lauren), Ben Rebstock (Casey), Arlo Oakley (Chris)and Ryan Barrios; great grandchildren, Grant, Claire, Lynx and Victoria Rebstock.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Weston J. Smith; parents, Eddie and Jeanne Galjour Richoux; brothers, Clifton, Edison “Du Re”, Wilson “Pete”, Dave, Noltay, Dudley “Na Nu” and George Richoux and twin sisters who died at birth.
Doris was a member of the Ladies Altar Society, Catholic Daughters, VFW Ladies Auxiliary and America Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
