Doris G. Dantin, 94, a native and resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Saturday, March 9th from 9 am until service time. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
Doris is survived by her children, Susan Danos (John), James Dantin (Adele) and Connie Dantin; 2 grandchildren, Eric Danos (Stacey) and Joseph Dantin (Kelly); 3 great grandchildren, Bethany Babin (Ethan), Jason Danos (Noelie) and Alex Danos; great-great grandchild, Avery Babin and sister, Deanna Lanassa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Dantin; parents, Johnny and Louise Gaudet; in-laws, Joseph and Lucille Dantin and brother-in-law, Louis Lanassa.
The family would like to thank her longtime faithful friend and dedicated caregiver, Rosemary Falgout and caregiver, Annette Hill for their gracious and loving service.
Falgout Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
