Donovan Paul Toups

Donovan Paul Toups, 81, a native of Raceland and a resident of Larose, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 and from 8:00 am until 10:30 AM on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy F. Toups; daughters, Stacey Guidry and Michelle Boudoin (Brian); step sons, Brent Vizier (Pat), Dane Vizier (Anna) and Troy Vizier; step daughters, Celeste Chouest (Carroll) and Tina Eymard; grandchildren, Lori Guidry and Jillian B. Lee (Robbie); great granddaughter, Melrose Grace Lee; 12 step grandchildren and 8 step great grandchildren; brothers, Kearny, Dean, Reed, Randy “Joe” and Lane Toups and sisters, Dolores Foreman, Brenda Martinez, Connie Matherne and Kathy Durio.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Loretta B. Toups; parents, Thomas Toups and Emily B. Ardoin; brothers, Alvin, Cleary, Tommy, Dale, Sandy and Lindel Toups and sisters, Lois Walker, Wanda Toups and Shillie Sampey.
Donovan enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will be missed by all.
