Dolores Sanamo Danos

Dolores Sanamo Danos, 91, native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025.

Mrs. Dolores is survived by, her children, Lawrence (Tessy) Danos Jr., Keith (Agnes) Danos, Becky (Ed) Mott, and Todd (Toni) Danos; her grandchildren, Larry Joe, Tabitha, Cheri (Wesley), Cassie (David), Gareth (Malerie), Dana (Heath), Eddie (Kristie), and Tisha (Jude); 11 great-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Rose (Russell) Gautreaux; her brother, Wesley (Glenda) Sanamo; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Dolores was preceded in death by, her husband, Lawrence Danos Sr.; her son and daughter in-law, Dean and Belinda Danos; her grandson, Travis; her great-grandson, Dezman; her parents, John Sr. and Bernadette Sanamo; her brothers, John Sanamo, and Jerry Sanamo; and her sisters, Marie Dupont, and Glorita Terrebonne.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, at Christian Fellowship Church in Larose, from 9:00am until 11:00am. A celebration of Mrs. Dolores’ life will begin at 11:00am and burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cut Off.
