S Dixie Bouvier Vegas

Dixie B. Vegas, 68, a native and resident of Larose, La. passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021, with her loving family near her side.
Visitation will be Monday, January 3, 2022, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 9:30am until funeral services. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:30am with burial in the church cemetery.
Dixie is survived by her children: Richard Gobert (Sharla), and Chrissy Gobert, brother: Allen Bouvier, sisters: Annette B. LaSala, Angela B. Guidry, and Roxanne B. Rogers, grandchildren: Corey, Bari, Maci, Jossalyn and Julien, great-grandchildren: Kyrie, and Natalie, step-grandchild: Reggie Ducote, 6 step-great grandchildren.
Dixie was preceded in death by her husband: Moise Vegas, Jr. parents: Rickie J. and Melva Orgeron Bouvier, granddaughter: Britany Gobert, sister-in-law: Diana Bouvier, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Moise, Sr. and Lorraine Y. Vegas.
Her family was her world and her greatest blessing.
