Diane Marie Gaudet Iver, 83 a native and resident of Raceland, La. passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023 with her family near her side.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 from 9:00am until service time at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles Community. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am.
Diane is survived by her children, Lane Iver, Cheri (C.J.) Matherne, James “Jimmy” (Charisse) Iver, Cindy Dantin, Jody (Robyn) Iver and Kim Iver Hebert; grandchildren, Lee, Leeza, Cody and Allie Iver, Saydie (David) Eschete, Mason, and Maddie Sampey, Jered and Chase Oncale, Sarah (Jace) Garner, David (Keli) Dantin; great-grandchildren, Paul Eschete, Curstyn, Carrington, Cambrie, Cora, Ryndee, Nola Oncale, Samuel and Luke Dantin, Myles and Gil Garner; sister, June Zeringue; and brother, Allen Gaudet, III.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years George E. Iver, Jr.; parents, Allen, Jr. and Elma Naquin Gaudet.
Daine loved flowers taking her family to Grand Isle, but most of all she loved being a wife, mother, granny and gigi.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 from 9:00am until service time at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles Community. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am.
