Debra Ann Landry Cheramie

Debra Ann Landry Cheramie, 70, a native of Napoleonville and resident of Grand Isle, Cheniere, and Caminada Pass passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.

A visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 9:00 until service time. A Funeral service will be held in the parlor 11:00 am with procession following to her burial at Cheramie Cemetery.

Mrs. Debra is survived by her husband of 39 years; Harvey Cheramie, Jr., daughters; Felecia Reid (Michael) and Stephanie Marie Odom, grandchildren; Cory Reid, Jonathan Reid (Jacie), Cierra Ballard, and Briel’ Ballard, great grand daughter; Kallie Virden, sister; Laurie M. Landry, and countless family and friends.

Mrs. Debra was preceded in death by her father; Laurie Pierre Landry, mother; Corinne Landry, sister; Juanita Richardson, niece; Leighanne Bourgeois, and nephew; Preston Richardson.

Mrs. Debra was a graduate of Redemptorist High School, attended Our Lady of the Lake Radiologic Technology Program, worked as an x ray tech for many years, enjoyed shrimping with her beloved husband Harvey, the Queen of the Blessing of the Fleet in Grand Isle in 2019 and a doting grandmother,
