She was survived by her son, Joseph Martin III (Denise); step son, Brian Welch (Leigh Ann); step daughter, Veronica Welch; grandchildren, George and Alice Hill, Joseph and Julia Martin, Ashton and Gannon Cummings and Chase and Brileigh Welch; brothers, Stanley and Randy Shuey and longtime friends, Rose David and Rhonda Phillips.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Welch; daughter, Kathy Martin; parents, and brother, Herbie Shuey.
