Dawn Smith Budzinski, 42, a native and resident of Des Allemands, died at 3:35 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, 2011.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at First Assembly of God Church in Des Allemands. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
She is survived by her mother, Nora Cortez; two daughters, Marissa Budzinski and Maliry Budzinski; and grandmother, Anita Tregle.
She was preceded in death by her father, Horace Smith Jr.; brother, Chad Smith; and grandparents, Adlar Tregle Sr., and Eva and Horace Smith.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
