David Carl Richoux, 56, a native and resident of Cut Off died on Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, in an accidental house fire.
A visitation will be held from 8:30 until funeral time at 12 a.m. on Friday Aug. 31, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off. A burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Jacquelyn B. Richoux; mother, Janet C. Richoux; two daughters, Alaina Claire Spaulding and husband Justin, and Leslie Camille Richoux and fiancé Patrick Juban; two sisters, Charlene Orgeron and husband Glen, and Mary Cheramie and husband Ralph; nieces, Jean Orgeron Wells and Brad, and Ali Cheramie; nephew, Travis Orgeron; great niece, Bree Wells; great nephews, Sawyer and Brady Wells.
He was preceded in death by his father, Noltay Richoux; In-laws, Milton and Aimee Badeaux; grandparents, Eddie and Jeanne Richoux, and Evylian and Josephine Cheramie.
He was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and golfer. David was the owner of David's AC & Electrical. He lived life for his family and friends. Any one that ever knew him knew he lived life to the fullest and brought great joy to all.
