David "Dave" M. Hebert, 43, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011 at St. Anne Ochsner Hospital in Raceland.
A private graveside service was held Aug. 24 at St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland.
He is survived by his parents, Alvin J. Hebert and Beverly Foret Hebert; one brother, Danny J. Hebert and wife, Julie; one sister, Cathy H. Babin and husband, Dr. Lance Babin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Diane Marie Hebert and Mary Alice Hebert.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
