Daniel "Pete" P. Angelette, 72, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off, passed away Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at Our lady of Prompt Succor Church in Golden Meadow. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
He is survived by his son, Daniel "Danny" Angelette and wife, Rhonda Toups; granddaughter, Emma Margaret Angelette; step-grandsons, Brant, Tyler, and Randy Wells; and brothers, Clarence "Ching" Angelette, Ernest "Butch" Angelette, Anthony "Tom" Angelette and and Gerard "G.G." Angelette.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Adela Pitre Angelette; daughter, Margaret Scott Angelette; parents, Angelo L. Angelette and Angelina Griffin Angelette; sisters, Gertie Angelette, Angelina A. Poche', Aline A. Williams, Antoinette A. St. Pierre, Alice A. St. Pierre, and Audrey Becnel; and brothers, Angelo "Joe" Angelette, Aubrey Angelette, and Claude Angelette.
Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
