Dallas Joseph Boudreaux, Sr. age 77, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at his home. Mr. Boudreaux had worked for McDermott and retired from Global Pipelines (Santa Fe). He loved to bowl and enjoyed his trips to the casino. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. Most of all Dallas enjoyed and loved his family deeply. He will be greatly missed by them and his many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January, 27, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Falgout Funeral Home of Houma and on Monday, January 28, 2019 at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Bayou Black from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated immediately following the visitation at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church on Monday. Interment will follow in Bayou Black Cemetery.
Dallas is survived by his sons, Keith Boudreaux, Sr., Dallas Joseph Boudreaux Jr. (Candy), daughters, Donna Lapeyrouse (Darrell), Tammy Boudreaux, his longtime companion. Catherine LeBoeuf, brothers, Larry Boudreaux, Sr. and companion (Jackie), sisters, Barbara Daily, Shirley Lein (Larry), grandchildren, Nicole Boudreaux, Keith Boudreaux, Jr., Veneda Boudreaux, Chad LeBlanc, Lacey Triche (David), Beth Boudreaux, Austin Boudreaux (Trista), Haley Britt (Ralph), Devin Lapeyrouse (Caitlin), Mindy Orgeron, Kristen Leonard and fourteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Helen Marie Sampay Boudreaux, parents, Horace and Beulah Bourg Boudreaux and sister, Joyce Thies.
