Dale P. Boudreaux

Dale P. Boudreaux, 86, a native of Raceland, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024.

Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Saturday, October 12th from 9am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11am with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery. 

Dale is survived by his children, Randall Boudreaux (fiancé, Tersa), Denise Angelette (Ronnie); daughter-in-law, Louise Boudreaux; brothers; Ferrel and Herbert Boudreaux, sister; Wanda House, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Theriot Boudreaux; parents, Dennis and Inez Theriot Boudreaux; son, Joey Boudreaux, brothers; Dennis Jr., Lovell and Cullen Boudreaux, sisters; Lenora LeBouef and Velma Breaux.

Dale was a wonderful father and grandfather teaching his work ethics and fishing skills. He gave generously to charities, especially those that benefit children. He will be greatly missed by all whose heart he touched. The family would like to thank the staff of The Suites of Sugar Mill Point and his sitters, especially Ronald “the big guy” for their unending compassion.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Children’s Hospital of New Orleans or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
