Clarence Anthony Mayet

Clarence Anthony Mayet, 83, a native of Cut Off and a resident of Lockport, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, LA. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Deanna Guidroz Mayet; daughters, Suzy Mayet and Danette Guidry (Geoffrey); grandson, Cy Michael Guidry (Crystal); great grandchildren, Casen Guidry, Cooper Guidry and sister, Helen Landrum.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ann Marie Mayet; parents, Narcisse Mayet Sr. and Bernadette P. Mayet; brother, Narcisse Mayet Jr. and sister, Betty Cheramie.
Clarence enjoyed woodworking. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family.
